Our Story

Our journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: to empower rural women by harnessing their skills and talents. We recognized that many talented women in rural communities possess incredible skills in crafting garments, creating exquisite bags, and grinding aromatic spices. Yet, due to limited access to markets and resources, their talents often went unnoticed.
That's where IIWA stepped in. We established a platform that not only recognizes their skills but also provides them with the means to earn a sustainable income. By working with us, these women gain financial independence, self-confidence, and a sense of pride in their work.
